3/4 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. water
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Glaze
1 1/4 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and peanut butter, sugars and water. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, oatmeal, baking soda and salt. Spread into a greased 15 x 10 baking pan. Bake at 325° for 18-22 min. or until lightly browned. Glaze: melt the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter and spread on top
