Graham Cracker Fluff

1 T. unflavored gelatin
1/3 c. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. rich milk
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 c. cream, whipped
1 t. vanilla
pinch of salt

3 T. melted butter
3 T. brown sugar
10 crushed graham crackers

Soak gelatin in cold water. Mix together in a double boiler, sugar, milk and egg yolks; boil for 1 minute. Mix in gelatin mixture. Set in refrigerator. When set, add egg whites, vanilla, whipped cream and salt. Line the bottom of a dish with 1/2 of the crumbs, then pour in pudding. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Chill
