Granola Fruit Bars

1/3 C. oil
1 C. chopped nuts
1/2 C. honey
2 C. quick oats
3 C. fresh fruit


Cream together oil and honey. Mix in nuts, flour and oats. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour half of crumb mixture into dish and flatten. Spread fruit over crust. Top with remaining crumb mixture and press down lightly. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve warm or at room temperature
