2 qt. water
1 qt. liverwurst
1 1/2 pt. milk
salt to taste
3 c. cornmeal
1 c. rolled oats
3 (rounded) T. flour
Bring the water to a boil. Stir together everything except Liverwurst in a separate bowl and add to boiling water, stir until thickened. Make sure to always stir or it will become knobby. When done, stir in liverwurst. Pour into 1 large and 1 small cake pan while still hot. Let stand until cold, then cut into small, long pieces and fry with plenty of oleo and flour. Great with syrup or ketchup.
