Ham Breakfast Casserole

6 slices bread, remove crust
2 C. half & half
1 lb. ham, chopped
1 t. salt
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 C. shredded cheese
5 eggs, beaten
1 t. dry mustard

Cook ham. Melt butter in 13 x 9 pan
Tear bread up into pieces. Sprinkle cheese over meat. Beat eggs, half and half, salt and dry mustard. Pour over casserole. cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
