5 lb. hamburger
4 medium onions
2 qts. green beans
4 (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
In large skillet, brown meat with onions; spoon off fat. Put in to two (2) 9 x 13 9 x 13 baking dishes. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Divide and add beans and soup equally to each pan, Mix together.
Potato Fluff Topper:
Cook 3 lbs. potatoes and mash while hot. Add 1 c. milk, 2 eggs, 1/4 c. butter and 1 t. salt, mix together. Spread over meat mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 24 people.
