1 1/2 c. water
1 c. cubed potatoes
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 c. celery
1 c. cubed ham
3/4 lb. Velveeta Cheese
Bring water, potatoes, carrots and celery to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients. cook, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted. Don’t add any salt
