1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 T. cocoa
2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 T. oil
1 t. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar (packed)
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hottest tap water
Favorite ice cream
Heat oven to 350. In un-greased 9 x 9 pan, stir together the first five ingredients. Mix in milk, oil and vanilla with fork until smooth. Spread evenly in pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cocoa. Pour hot water over batter. Bake 40 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
