Hummingbird Cake

3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 t. salt
1 t. soda
1 t. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 t. vanilla
8 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. mashed bananas

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl; add eggs and oil until moistened, do not beat. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas.
Spoon batter into 13 x 9 pan or tube pan. bake at 350.
