Mag’s Pineapple Cookies

Cream together:
1 ½ c. granulated sugar
1 c. shortening
Add:
2 eggs, beat well
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
Combine:
4 c. white flour
1 t. soda
¼ t. salt

Directions

Drop by teaspoon onto a well greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until light brown; about 10-13 minutes.
