2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. tomato juice
3/4 c. Quaker Oats, uncooked
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
cheese
scalloped potatoes
Combine all ingredients thoroughly (except cheese and potatoes. Put this on top of scalloped potatoes in shallow casserole dish. Add desired amount of cheese, salt and pepper.
Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350.
