6 c. water
1 1/4 c. milk
1 t. salt
2 c. cornmeal
Mix together and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan. Let stand until cold, then cut, roll in flour and fry in a buttered frying pan.
