20 graham crackers, crushed fine
1 t. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
Mix as for pie crust and pack into pan. Reserve some cracker crumbs to put on top.
Custard Filling:
3 egg yolks
1/4 c. sugar
pinch of salt
2 1/2 c. milk
2 T. flour
vanilla
egg whites
sugar
Cook first 5 ingredients until thick; add vanilla; pour in pan over cracker crust. Whip egg whites and add a little sugar then put on top of custard. Put reserved crackers on top
