Omelet Souffle

12 eggs, well beaten
3 c. milk
1 t. salt
dash of pepper
1 t. dry mustard

1 1/2 lb. ham or 2 pkg. smokies, chopped
6 slices of bread (cubed)
1 c. shredded cheese
Velveeta cheese (for top)

Wisk together first 5 ingredients, add meat, cubed bread and shredded cheese. Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Stir and scrape in sides a couple of times. put Velveeta on top and stir in.
