3/4 c. flour
1 T. cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 c. chopped onions

In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add milk and onions; stir until moistened. Fry small amounts at a time in a hot skillet, frying as you would fry pancakes.
