Overnight Dough

1 c. milk
¼ c. sugar
4 T. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/8 c. warm water
1 T. yeast
1 egg, beaten
3 ½ c. bread flour

Directions
Heat milk with sugar, butter and salt, until butter is melted. Cool, then add yeast softened in water, and egg mixture. Pour at once into flour and beat until mixture is smooth. Cover tightly and store in refrigerator overnight. Note: This dough may be used for pizza crust, rolls or donuts.
