Overnight Refrigerator Rolls

2 ½ c. warm water
2 pkg. yeast
¾ c. sugar
8 ½ c. flour
¾ c. lard
2 ½ tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten


Mix water, yeast and sugar; let stand 10 minutes. Add lard, salt, eggs and 2 cups flour; beat until smooth. Add rest of flour and knead. Place in a covered container and let rise. Roll out to ½ inch thick, then spread butter on dough and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll, then cut into 1-2 inch pieces. Put into cake pan and bake 20-30 minutes for 350 degrees. Cool and frost.
