Peanut Butter Pie

Crumbs:
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
Filling:
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1 T. Flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
Butter the size of an egg

Directions

Crumbs: Combine until crumbly and line a baked pie shell with 3/4 of a crumb mixture.

Filling: Mix sugar, flour, salt and a little milk to form a smooth paste; add eggs . Heat rest of
milk to boiling, then pour in sugar mixture, stirring constantly until thick.. Remove from heat and add
vanilla and butter. Cool. Then pour into baked pie crusts with crumbs. Top with 1/2 cup whipped topping, then the rest of the crumbs
