1 C. oleo
1 C. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
2 C. chocolate chips
1 C. peanut butter
2/3 C. white sugar
1/2 t. baking soda
2 C. flour
1/2 C. peanut butter
Toppings:
1 C. M&M’s or Reese’s pieces
2 C. mini marshmallows
1/2 C. crushed peanuts
Directions
Mix together oleo and sugars until creamy add peanut butter, eggs, vanilla and soda. Mix well then add flour. Spread dough evenly on a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 – 20 minutes. Melt together chocolate chips and 1/2 C. peanut butter. Spread over baked cookie crust while still hot. Sprinkle with toppings and put bake into oven for about 5 minutes or until marshmallows puff. Cool, then cut into squares
