Peanut Log

1 c. sugar
1 c. Karo
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. salted peanuts
3 c. Rice Krispies
3 c. Cheerios

Heat first 3 ingredients until melted. Pour over cereals and nuts; mix well. Put in buttered cake pan
