Mix together:
1 pkg. yeast
1 T. sugar
Beat in 3 eggs and 1 c. of warm water; let stand 15 minutes.
Add:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 t. salt
5 c. flour
Knead well. Let stand at least 3 hours or overnight. Roll out. Take 1 pound of weiners and wrap dough around each weiner. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes; brush with butter and serve.
