6 – 8 pork chops
1/2 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
Dressing:
4 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
1 onion, chopped
2 T. parsley flakes
Brown pork chops and place in roaster pan. Make dressing by mixing all dressing ingredients together. Spoon dressing onto pork chops. Dilute soup with water and pour over chops and dressing.
Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
