Potato Fingers

4 c. flour
4 c. crushed crackers
3 T. salt
1 t. paprika
2 T. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 t. onion salt
Mix together. Wash potatoes and slice. Dip in milk, then in flour mixture. Bake at 375 for 1 hour. Melt butter and pour over top when done and sprinkle with lawry’s seasoning salt.
