Potato Salad

12 c. shredded potatoes, cooked
12 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1 c. onion (optional)
1 1/2 c. celery

Dressing:
3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 T. vinegar
3 T. mustard
1 T. salt
1 1/2 T. sugar

Mix sauce and pour over potatoes, eggs and celery. Mix all together. This takes an 8 quart kettle. This recipe is better if mixed the day before using :
