Pumpkin Cake

1 c. salad oil
2 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
2 c. mashed, raw pumpkin

Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix sugar and eggs, then add dry ingredients. Stir in pumpkin. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. I always frost with cream cheese frosting.
