2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. cooked pumpkin
Mix all dry ingredients well, then add rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 until firm to touch. (Carrot cake icing is great for this cake)
