Pumpkin Custard Pie Recipe

3 egg yolks, beaten
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 T. flour
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. pumpkin
1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
dash of nutmeg
2 c. rich milk
3 egg whites, beaten

Heat milk to boiling point. Add rest of ingredients. Fold in egg whites last. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 until pie is done.
