Crust:
20 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. butter
Mix together and press into pie pan, chill.
Filling:
1 C. pumpkin
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. ginger
1/4 t. nutmeg
1 qt. ice cream
Mix together pumpkin and seasonings. Blend in ice cream. Freeze until firm. Garnish with whip cream just before serving
