Pumpkin Pie

2 C. Pumpkin, cooked and mashed
4 C. Brown sugar
1/2 C. Flour
14 eggs, separated
2 cans Eagle Brand Milk
1/2 Tsp. nutmeg
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
2 C. Scalded Milk
Pinch of Salt

Mix all together, except egg whites.
Beat egg whites and fold in last.
Pour into 4 unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
