Quick Fried Mush

Bring 1 c. of milk to boil
Mix together 1 C. cornmeal
1/2 t. salt
1 T. flour
moisten with water, making it fairly thin

Stir into hot milk until it boils for a few minutes. Drop by spoonfuls onto hot oiled skillet. Flatten and sprinkle flower on top. Browns fast!
