3 lbs. browned hamburger
2 C. sour cream
1/2 C. milk
4 qt. potatoes cooked & diced
2 – 10.5 oz. cream of mushroom soup
2 C. ranch dressing
1 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled
Mix sour cream, milk, soup and ranch dressing together.
In a large roaster pan, put a layer of hamburger, potatoes and soup mixture, then continue layering until ingredients are all used.
Top with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
