Reeses Cake Squares

1 c. margarine
4 T. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. all purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 t. baking powder
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
Peanut butter

Frosting:
1/2 c. margarine
4 T. cocoa
6 T. buttermilk
1 T. vanilla
Powdered sugar

Boil margarine, cocoa and water; pour over dry ingredients. Add eggs and vanilla and mix. Pour into a greased pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool. Top with peanut butter.

Frosting:
Heat margarine, cocoa and milk; mix in vanilla, add powdered sugar until frosting consistency. Spread over peanut butter.
