Refrigerator Cinnamon Rolls

2 pkgs. yeast
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. Crisco
2 1/2 t. salt
2 1/2 c. warm water
7 – 7 1/2 c. flour

Put Crisco, sugar, eggs and salt in large bowl; mix well. add 4 c. flour mixed with yeast, add water and mix well, then add rest of flour and finish mixing.
Place in refrigerator at least 8 hours to rise. Roll out as usual and let rise 1 hour. bake at 325 for 15 – 20 minutes. makes 2 big cookie sheets.
