Rhubarb Butter Crunch

4 c. diced Rhubarb
1 c. sugar
3 T. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening

Mix first 3 ingredients and place in baking dish. Combine rest of ingredients and sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 374 for 40 minutes. Serve warm
