Rhubarb Dream Squares

Crust:

2 C. flour
1 C. oleo
3/4 C. powdered sugar
Mix together and press into 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350

Filling:

4 eggs
1/2 C. flour
4 C. diced Rhubarb
2 C. sugar
1/2 t. salt

Directions

Mix together eggs, sugar, flour and salt. Fold in Rhubarb. Spread over hot crust. Bake 40 – 45 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
