3 C. rhubarb
2 eggs
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 C. sugar
1 1/2 T. flour
1 T. strawberry jello
Mix sugar, flour, salt and beaten eggs. Add rhubarb and jello. Put mixture in 2 unbaked pie crusts. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Then reduce temp. to 350 and bake another 30 minutes
