Rice Custard

1/2 to 1 c. cooked rice
2 eggs
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 T. flour
pinch of salt
1 pt. milk
1 t. vanilla

Combine all ingredients, except nutmeg. Pour mixture into a greased pie pan. Place pie pan on baking sheet with sides, filled with 1/4 inch of water. bake at 300 until custard is lightly set
