Sausage and Egg Casserole

8 sausage links
Bread crumbs
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup


Brown sausage and drain; place in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Crumble up around 8 pieces of bread; add to sausage. Add slices of cheese, then mix together eggs, milk and soup; pour on top of cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate overnight. Can put a layer of cheese on top if you like, then bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour.
