Scrambled Egg Casserole

Cheese Sauce:
1 T. butter
2 1/2 T. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/2 c. cheese, shredded

Melt butter, blend in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk. Cook until thick. Add salt, pepper and cheese. Stir until cheese melts.

1 c. ham
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1 dozen eggs, beaten

1/4 c. butter, melted
2 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs

Saute ham and green onion in butter until onion is tender. Add eggs and cook over medium heat until eggs are set. Stir in mushrooms and cheese sauce. Put in 13 x 9 pan. Put bread crumbs mixed with melted butter over top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
