1 t. salt
1/3 c. lard
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. yeast
4 c. lukewarm water
10 c. bread flour
Put the first 5 ingredients, plus 5 cups flour in bowl.
Beat vigorously for 1 minute, then work in the rest of the flour.
Let rise to double in size, then knead and divide into 4 BREAD PANs; let rise again.
Bake at: 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
