6 egg whites
3/4 t. cream of tartar
Beat together then add:
2 c. sugar
2 t. vanilla
Fold in:
2 c. crushed soda crackers
Spread in cake pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool and put 1 can cherry pie filling on top. Top with whipped cream
