Sour Cream Apple Pie

2 eggs
1 – 8oz. sour cream
1 C. sugar
2 T. flour
1 t. vanilla
1/4 t. salt
3 C. chopped apples
3 T. melted butter
1/4 C. packed brown sugar

In a bowl, beat eggs. Add sour cream, stir in sugar, 2 T. flour, vanilla and salt. Mix well then add apples. Pour in shell. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes; then sprinkle crumbs on top of pie, return to oven for 20 – 25 until filling is set
