Sour Cream Pancakes

2 c. flour
4 t. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
¼ c. sugar
½ t. salt
1 ½ c. milk
1/3 c. butter, melted


Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk, sour cream and butter; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour batter on hot griddle or skillet and cook.
