Sour Cream Potatoes

Mix together:
1 pt. sour cream
1 T. onion flakes
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Add:
9 c. cooked potatoes, shredded
1 c. shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Bake at 350 for 1 hour

when nearly done mix 2 T. melted butter with 1/2 c. corn flakes and top potatoes with mixture. Place back in oven for another 3 or 4 minutes to brown slightly.
