2 lbs. chicken breast, chunks
1 – 16 oz. sour cream
2 C. shredded cheese
1 t. seasoned salt
1 can cream of mushroom
1 bag California blend veggies
2 – 3 lbs. tater tots
Marinate chicken in Italian dressing. Bake until meat is a solid white.
Heat veggies in water until nearly ready to eat. Drain
Mix together cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, salt and cheese.
Fold in chicken and tater tots.
Pour into a medium casserole dish or roaster pan and bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes.
