Thick Crust Pizza Dough

c. warm water
3 T. yeast
2 T. sugar
7 1/2 c. flour
6 T. vegetable oil
2 t. salt

Combine warm water, yeast and sugar; let rise 10 minutes. Add flour, oil and salt; mix well. Let rise 15 minutes. Spread out on 4 large cookie sheets; add your favorite toppings and bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
