Touch Bread

4 C. warm water
3/4 C. Lard or regular oil
2 T. yeast
8-10 C. white flour
2/3 C. white sugar
1 1/2 T. salt
2 C. whole wheat flour

Directions

Mix in fix & mix. let rise until it touches lid. Work down.
Let rise until it’s 2? above bowl. Work out in BREAD PANs.
Let rise 1 hr. 15 min. in pans.
Bake at 300 for 1/2 hour or until golden brown.
Yields 4 loaves.
