Underground Casserole

4 C. cooked ham, cubed
1/2 C. chopped onions
1 C. milk
1 pkg. noodles, cooked
1 pt. sour cream
2 eggs
4 T. oleo
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 C. Velveeta cheese
1 qt. mashed potatoes
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. bacon, cooked, crumbled


Combine ham, oleo, onion and
Worcestershire sauce, cook until onions are soft.
Place in bottom of roaster.
Put noodles on top of ham. I
n a saucepan heat together the soup,
milk and cheese until cheese melts.
Pour over cooked noodles and ham mixture.
Mash potatoes, add sour cream and some milk.
Mash 2 eggs into the potatoes, that will keep them nice and soft.
Spread over top of mixture and sprinkle bacon
over the top.
Bake 20 minutes.
The mushroom cheese mixture will come to the top when done.
