1 peck tomatoes (8 qt. juice)
1 sm celery stalk
6 med. carrots
3 lg. green peppers
3 sm. onions
4 hot peppers (optional)
Directions
Cook together and put through strainer.
Add:
2 T. salt
2 T. celery salt
1 1/2 C. sugar
1 T. parsley flakes
Cold pack 1/2 hour.
