Valley Taffy

2 pt. sugar
1 pt. light corn syrup
1 pt. cream
1/2 c. water
1 T. unflavored gelatin
1 T. paraffin (optional)

Put all together except gelatin dissolved in water. Bring to boil for 15 minutes. Add gelatin and continue to boil to 250 degrees. Put on buttered cookie sheet and cool.
When cool pull until it turns white. (2 people working together works well). Cut into bite sized pieces and wrap in waxed paper
